How It Works

  • 1. Tell Your Friend About DataMaster – Share your experience and encourage them to sign up.
  • 2. Friend Registers – On the registration page, your friend simply enters the coupon code along with your name and email.
  • 3. Both Save – Once their subscription is confirmed, they receive 50% off, and you’ll receive 50% off your next month’s renewal! Simple!

Program Rules

1. Eligibility – Plans

  • Referrer must be an active subscriber on an Express, Unlimited, or Unlimited plan (monthly or annual).

  • Referred friend must subscribe to an Express or Unlimited plan.

  • FMLS appraisers with a tax credit are excluded, since FMLS already covers their subscription through membership.

2. Discount & Credit Structure

For Monthly Subscribers:

  • Referrers can only receive one (1) 50% off discount per month.

  • Multiple referrals in the same month will apply as successive monthly discounts, not stacked in the same billing cycle.

For Annual Subscribers ($888/year Unlimited Pro Plan):

  • Referrers will receive a service credit of $37 (50% off of $74 per month) for each new qualifying referral.

  • Credits are applied toward the next annual renewal.

  • Example: If three new customers are referred before the next annual renewal, the renewal charge would be $888 – ($37 × 3) = $777.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot exceed the total annual renewal fee. Any additional credits would be applied to the following annual renewal.

3. Account Standing

  • Referrers must be in good standing to qualify for referral rewards.

4. Re-Subscribers / Inactive Accounts

  • If someone cancels and attempts to re-subscribe to claim another 50% discount, it will not be honored.

  • To be eligible again, a subscriber must have been inactive for at least 6 months.

  • Beginning March 2026, the inactivity requirement will increase to 12 months.

5. Exclusions

  • FMLS appraisers with a tax credit are excluded since FMLS covers their subscription.

  • The 50% off discount only applies to DataMaster primary subscriptions and will not be applied to any ancillary subscriptions: third-party public records subscriptions, secondary MLS subscriptions, assistant subscriptions, or any other non-primary subscriptions. 

6. General Terms

  • DataMaster reserves the right to verify eligibility, prevent misuse, and modify or end the program at any time.

  • Discounts and credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I make sure I get credit for referring someone?
A: Your friend must enter your full name and the email you use for DataMaster on the registration page when they sign up.

Q: Can I earn more than one 50% off discount per month?
A: No. Not on monthly plans. Only one discount can be applied each month. Additional referrals will be credited to future months.

Q: What if my friend cancels and tries to sign up again?
A: They must be inactive for at least 6 months (12 months after March 2026) before they’re eligible again.

Q: Do late payments affect eligibility?
A: Yes. Accounts must be in good standing to qualify for discounts. Call our support team if you’re not sure.

Q: If I’m on an annual plan, is the referral program still worth it?
A: Absolutely! In fact, annual subscribers can save even more through referrals. Each new qualifying referral earns you a $37 credit, and all credits are applied at your annual renewal. If you refer 24 new appraisers, your renewal is almost entirely covered. Any amount beyond that simply rolls forward as credit toward the following year’s renewal.
