How does DataMaster pricing work?

Each appraiser license is $99/month and includes an MLS connection, public records, market analytics, and the AI Assistant. Beyond that, you only pay for the add-ons you choose:

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Plans are billed month to month with no long-term obligation. If you would rather lock in your rate, annual subscriptions are available — talk to our sales team.

Does DataMaster work with my MLS?

DataMaster connects to 98 multiple listing services across 44 states — find yours on our MLS coverage page. You will need an active login for your MLS. Don’t see yours? We can easily add new data sources within a few business days, so let us know.

Can I connect more than one MLS?

Yes. Every appraiser license includes one MLS connection, and each additional MLS is $20/month.

How do assistant seats work?

Add an assistant to your account for $20/month per seat. Assistants can create, edit, draft, reports, but cannot sign them or export them independently.

Which forms software does DataMaster work with?

Complete your UAD 3.6 report in DataMaster, then export it to Appraise-It Pro or TOTAL, or as a standard MISMO 3.6 XML file for other forms software. For UAD 2.6 reports like the 1004, 1025, GPAR, and others, DataMaster can export them to Appraise-It Pro, TOTAL, ACI, or ClickForms.
