Check the townhome's MLS history in Property Data: no listings in the past year, so answer No and name MLS as the data source.

Subject Listing Information
Subject Listing Information reports whether the subject is listed for sale now, or has been listed recently, looking back at least one year. Open it from the section list.
Check the MLS
To check, open Property Data on the right and go to History. It lists the subject's MLS listings alongside its public record transfers. There are no MLS listings at all, only the two deeds from 2015, when the builder bought the land and then sold the new house. Nothing has been listed in the past year.
No current listings
So Current or Relevant Listings is No. With No, Data Source is required: where we looked. Choose MLS.
