Turn on Property Amenities Exist, add the rear deck with its material and area, answer the defects question, and note it in the commentary.

Transcript

Subject Property Amenities

Subject Property Amenities lists the features of this property, like a patio, a pool or a fireplace. Project amenities, waterfront improvements and views are reported in other sections. Open it from the section list.

Public records said No

Property Amenities Exist came in as No from public records, which don't track decks or patios. This house has a deck off the main living level, at the back, so choose Yes. The amenity categories open, each with its own list: one entry per amenity.

The rear deck

Under Outdoor Living, add an entry, and choose Deck. Then its material: the deck is wood. A deck also needs its area, in square feet. Enter it from your own measurements: here, 200 square feet.

Damages and deficiencies

Subject Property Amenities Defects Exist asks about apparent defects, damage or deficiencies in any amenity. There are none, so check No.

What the photos show

The commentary can add what the data doesn't say. Here we note the deck's metal railings, and that it shows in the rear photo.

Unit Interior

Amenity photos go in the image box under each entry; we'll place the inspection photos later in the series. That's Subject Property Amenities, now checked off in the section list. Next, Unit Interior.
