Vehicle Storage

Complete the garage that came in from public records: its parking spaces, how it's attached, and its area from the floor plan.

Transcript

Vehicle Storage

Vehicle Storage describes where the property's vehicles park: a garage, a carport, a driveway, or a parking space in a project. Open it from the section list.

The garage

Each type of storage is its own entry. Public records supplied one: a garage, but not its size. It holds two cars, so enter 2 parking spaces. Detail asks how the garage relates to the house. This one is built into the ground floor, with living space above it, so choose Built-in. A garage or carport also needs its area, in square feet. The floor plan gives it: 400 square feet.

Damages and deficiencies

Vehicle Storage Defects Exist asks whether the garage has any apparent defects, damage or deficiencies. It doesn't, so choose No.

Where it came from

In Vehicle Storage Commentary, a sentence says where these details come from: the floor plan, and the inspection photo of the garage.

Subject Property Amenities

Photos of the garage go in the image box under its entry; we'll place the inspection photos later in the series. That's Vehicle Storage, with a check mark in the section list. Next, Subject Property Amenities.
