Overall Quality and Condition
Overall Quality and Condition rates the property as a whole, drawing on the exterior and interior ratings we've already given. Open it from the section list.
Exterior and interior ratings
Exterior Quality and Exterior Condition carry over from Dwelling Exterior: Q4 and C4. Interior Quality and Interior Condition carry over from Unit Interior: also Q4 and C4.
Quality and condition
Overall Quality covers all the dwellings on the property. There's one house here, rated Q4 inside and out, so choose Q4. Overall Condition reflects the condition as if any required repairs were done. It's C4.
Explain the ratings
Reconciliation of Overall Quality and Condition is required. Explain how the ratings come together. Here: standard quality and typical wear, with visible wear on the laundry floor and the pool deck, and some updating in the kitchen and baths.
