Vehicle Storage

Check the garage that came in from the listing, correct how it's attached, add its area, and note the carport the listing reported.

Transcript

Vehicle Storage

Vehicle Storage describes where the property's vehicles park: a garage, a carport, a driveway, or a parking space in a project. Open it from the section list.

The garage

Each type of storage is its own entry. The listing supplied one: a garage, with two parking spaces. Detail came in as Detached, but this garage is attached to the house. Choose Attached. A garage or carport also needs its area, in square feet. Enter the garage's area from your own measurements: here, 400 square feet.

Damages and deficiencies

Vehicle Storage Defects Exist asks whether the garage has any apparent defects, damage or deficiencies. It doesn't, so choose No.

Explain the difference

The old listing also reported a carport, but none shows in the inspection photos. A sentence in Vehicle Storage Commentary explains the difference, so a reviewer isn't left guessing.

Subject Property Amenities

Photos of the garage go in the image box under its entry; we'll place the inspection photos later in the series. That's Vehicle Storage, with a check mark in the section list. Next, Subject Property Amenities.
