Subject Property Amenities
Subject Property Amenities lists the features of this property, like a patio, a pool or a fireplace. Project amenities, waterfront improvements and views are reported in other sections. Open it from the section list.
What the listing supplied
Property Amenities Exist came in as Yes, and the listing's amenities are already sorted into categories, one entry per amenity. Under Outdoor Accessories, the listing's automatic sprinkler came in as an Irrigation System, with a count of one. It needs nothing more.
Patio and porch
Under Outdoor Living, a patio needs its material and its area. It's pavers, and the area from our measurements is 300 square feet. The listing also reported a porch. There's no separate porch here, just the patio, so delete the porch entry.
The pool
Under Water Features, the inground pool needs its material too. It's a concrete pool. For Detail, report the pool's area instead of a count. Clear the count of one, and enter 364 square feet, from the listing's pool dimensions.
Damages and deficiencies
Subject Property Amenities Defects Exist asks about apparent defects, damage or deficiencies in any amenity. There are none, so check No.
What the photos show
The commentary can add what the data doesn't say. Here we note the pool water's color and the patio's wear.
Unit Interior
Amenity photos go in the image box under each entry; we'll place the inspection photos later in the series. That's Subject Property Amenities, now checked off in the section list. Next, Unit Interior.
