Place the inspection photos from the Files panel into the report: the Dwelling Front and other exterior views, the street scene and view, and the photo of each room.

Inspection Photos
We uploaded the inspection photos to the Files panel when we set up the assignment. Now we place them in the report: each photo goes in the section it supports. Open Files from the right-hand rail. Show just the photos, and switch to the grid so we can see them.
Front, rear and sides
Start with the photo every report needs: the Dwelling Front. Open Dwelling Exterior, down to its exhibits. Drag the straight-on front photo from the panel onto the Dwelling Front slot. Dwelling Exterior was only waiting on that photo, so the section is now complete. Next, the rear of the house. Drop it in beside the front, and set its type to Dwelling Rear. A side view goes in as a Dwelling Exterior Exhibit. That type needs a caption, so describe the photo: side exterior elevation. The other side shows the air conditioning condenser. It's also a Dwelling Exterior Exhibit, and its caption says so.
Street scene and view
In Site, Property Access needs a street scene photo. Drop the first street photo into its slot. We have two street photos, so both go there. Photos of the view go under View: here, the canal past the back yard. The second canal photo shows it beyond the yard fence.
Room photos
In Unit Interior, each room in Level and Room Detail holds its own photos. Select the kitchen, and drop in the kitchen photo. Each full bath needs its photo too. Select the first bath, and drop its photo in. Then the second full bath, the same way. The living areas and bedrooms need photos as well. The family room has two. Then the dining room. Each photo lands in the room that's selected, so check the rail before you drop. Each of the three bedrooms gets its own photo. Select a bedroom in the rail, drag its photo in, then move on to the next one, until all three bedrooms have their pictures. The laundry room's photo is optional, but we have one, so add it. That's a photo for every room on Level 1.
Highest and Best Use
The required photos are in place, and every room has its picture. Next, Highest and Best Use.
