Export for Submission
The report is finished, and every validation error is cleared. The last step is delivery: the file your AMC, lender or client submits. Open Export, at the top of the report.
One file for submission
Export for Submission builds that file: one ZIP with the UAD 3.6 XML, the PDF of the report, and its photos. It reviews the report for UAD compliance before it builds anything. A report with errors that would block submission doesn't get a file. Help, at the top of the card, opens the help article on exporting.
Validate, build, download
Click Export for Submission. The export runs in the background, and the card follows each step. First the compliance review. Then the build: the XML, the PDF and the photos go into one package, and the finished package is checked again with the UAD compliance API. When it's done, the download starts on its own, and the card confirms that all validation checks passed.
Every export, kept
Export History lists the export: Final UAD 3.6, Complete, when it ran, and the size of the file. Download gets the same file again at any time, so there's no need to export twice. Export again only after you change the report.
Fix them, then export again
When the review does find errors, there's no file. The card says how many must be fixed, and View report opens the Errors panel, with each one under its section. Fix them there, and export again.
Ready to deliver
Send the ZIP to your client the way they ask for it, usually through their portal. That's the whole assignment, from the order to submission.
