Transcript
Overall Quality and Condition
Overall Quality and Condition rates the property as a whole, drawing on the ratings we've already given. Open it from the section list.
Interior ratings only
For a house, this table also carries the exterior ratings. For this condo unit there are none: the association maintains the exterior. So only Interior Quality and Interior Condition carry over from Unit Interior: Q4 and C3.
The overall ratings
Overall Quality rates the unit as a whole. Its standard construction and finishes are Q4, so choose Q4. Overall Condition reflects the condition as if any required repairs were done. It's C3.
How they come together
Reconciliation of Overall Quality and Condition is required. Explain how the ratings come together. Here: standard construction, and partial kitchen and bath updates support Q4/C3, while the visible finishes show typical wear.
Project Information
That's Overall Quality and Condition. Next, the section only a condo or other project has: Project Information.
