Lesson 12 · 1:17

Subject Property Amenities

Report the unit's own amenity, its rear patio, and keep the project's shared amenities for Project Information.

Transcript

Subject Property Amenities

Subject Property Amenities lists the features of this property, like a patio, a pool or a fireplace. For a condo, that's what belongs to the unit. Amenities the whole project shares are reported in Project Information. Open it from the section list.

The unit's patio

Property Amenities Exist came in as No, because the listing named no amenities. But the unit has its own paved patio behind it, so change it to Yes. The amenity categories appear. The patio goes under Outdoor Living. Add an entry, and choose Patio. A patio needs its material: it's laid in pavers, so choose Pavers. DataMaster also asks for its area. From our measurements at the inspection, it's 200 square feet.

Defects

Subject Property Amenities Defects Exist asks about apparent defects, damage or deficiencies in any amenity. There are none, so check No.

Unit Interior

The patio's photo goes in the image box under its entry; we'll place the inspection photos later in the course. That's Subject Property Amenities, now checked off in the section list. Next, Unit Interior.
