Inspection Photos
Place the inspection photos from the Files panel into the report: the unit's front and rear, the street, the project's parking lot and buildings, and every room.

Inspection Photos
We uploaded the inspection photos to the Files panel when we set up the assignment. Now we place them in the report: each photo goes in the section it supports. Open Files from the right-hand rail. Show just the photos, and switch to the grid so we can see them.
Front and rear
Start with the photo every report needs: the Dwelling Front. Open Dwelling Exterior, down to its exhibits. Drag the photo of the unit's front, with its building, from the panel onto the Dwelling Front slot. Dwelling Exterior was only waiting on that photo, so the section is now complete. Next, the rear of the unit, with its patio. Drop it in beside the front, and set its type to Dwelling Rear.
Street scene
In Site, Property Access needs a street scene photo. Drop the photo of the street into the complex into its slot. The second street photo goes there too.
The project
Project Information is next. We reported a deficiency in the common parking lot, and a physical deficiency needs a photo. Drop the parking lot photo into Observed Deficiencies Exhibits. Its caption has to name the deficiency and where it is: cracked, stained pavement in the common parking lot. Photos of the project's buildings go under Additional Project Information Exhibits. Add two of the neighboring buildings and their parking. Each one needs a caption, so describe it: condominium building exterior.
Room photos
In Unit Interior, each room in Level and Room Detail holds its own photos. Select the kitchen, and drop in the kitchen photo. Each bathroom needs its photo too. Select the half bath, and drop its photo in. Then the full bath upstairs, the same way. The living areas and bedrooms need photos as well: the living room, then the dining room. Each photo lands in the room that's selected, so check the rail before you drop. Each of the two bedrooms gets its own photo. Select a bedroom in the rail, drag its photo in, then move on to the next one. The laundry room's photos are optional, but we have two, so add them. That's a photo for every room on both levels.
Highest and Best Use
The required photos are in place, and every room has its picture. Next, Highest and Best Use.
