Subject Listing Information

Subject Listing Information reports whether the subject is listed for sale now, or has been listed recently, looking back at least one year. Open it from the section list.

The listing history

This unit is being sold, so there's a current listing. To check it, open Property Data on the right and go to History. The MLS listing started on September 18, 2026, at $275,000, and went pending on October 5: that's the sale this appraisal is for.

What came in

So Current or Relevant Listings is Yes. It came in that way from the MLS data, and the listing table is already filled in. Pending, an MLS listing, its listing ID, the start and end dates, 17 days on market, and the same $275,000 as both the starting and the current list price. Total DOM is 17 too.

Listing history analysis

With a current listing, Analysis of Subject Property Listing History is required. Say what the history shows: the listing went pending after 17 days, at its original asking price, with no price reduction.
