Vehicle Storage

Check the condo's parking that came in from the listing: open-lot spaces assigned to the unit, with no garage or driveway of its own.

Transcript

Vehicle Storage

Vehicle Storage describes where the property's vehicles park: a garage, a carport, a driveway, or a parking space in a project. Open it from the section list.

Spaces in a common lot

Each type of storage is its own entry. The listing supplied one: Open Lot, the shared parking lot of the condominium. For a common carport, a parking garage or an open lot, the URAR also asks how the spaces are assigned. The unit has two spaces, and they're Assigned: its number is painted on them. There's no garage or driveway of its own, so there's nothing else to add, and no area to measure.

Defects

Vehicle Storage Defects Exist asks whether the parking has any apparent defects, damage or deficiencies. The lot's pavement has some cracking, but that's a common area: we'll report it with the project. For the unit's parking, choose No.

Subject Property Amenities

That's Vehicle Storage, with a check mark in the section list. Next, Subject Property Amenities.
